1. How to take care of your By Nordvik jewelry?

Even though we do our best to offer jewelry that will stand the test of time. It is highly important that you treat your pieces with care.

- Store your jewelry away from direct sunlight, and not in damp places like your bathroom. 

- Keep your jewellery away from water and other chemical agents to avoid discoloration and tarnishing. Soap, cosmetics, oils and perfume can affect the jewelry. 

- Don't sleep and exercise with your jewellery.

 

2. What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping cost: free delivery worldwide


3. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Orders will usually be delivered within Europe 5 - 10 business days. Orders outside Europe 8 - 15 business day.

Please note: customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our delivery estimates. We have no control over international shipping times but we do insure all packages in case of loss.

4. What is your return policy?
If you are dissatisfied with the product you have purchased, you may return the items in their original packaging and, unused. (Including all original packaging) within 30 days for a full refund. We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse.

6. What is the status of my return?
Returns will be processed within 10-14 business days from the date we receive your package. Kindly allow 3-5 business days for the return credit to post to your account from the date your return is processed.

7. Can I exchange an item?
As long as you return your item within 60 days By Nordvik offers exchange on your purchase.

8. How much will I be charged for sales tax?
If you are based outside EU you might have to pay local duties and tax.

9. Can I change an existing order?
We rely on a heavily automated process to provide you with the fastest service possible. Due to this automation, we are unable to make changes to an order after the order has been placed. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

10. Can I re-route my shipped package to another shipping address?
For security purposes, we are unable to redirect a shipped package to a secondary shipping address. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. If our shipper is unable to deliver the package to the address that you provided, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse and processed as a return.

11. What if I receive an incorrect or damaged item?

12. What forms of payment do you accept?
By Nordvik accepts Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, MasterCard, JCB and Maestro and paypal. We do not accept cash, checks or cash-on-delivery (C.O.D.).

13. Can I order by phone, email or fax?
The only way to order is from our Online Shop.

14. Is my personal information kept private?
By Nordvik is committed to respecting the privacy rights of our customers and all visitors to our website. We take this matter very seriously.

15. How long is my warranty?

ByNordvik will repair or replace the item or any defect parts in the jewelry within 1 year.

Our warranty does not cover cosmetic or structural damage due to misuse, improper maintenance, abuse or accident.


16. Information for resellers​

​Payment
- Our reseller pricing list do not include taxes, VAT or other hidden charges.
- The payment method is regular bank transfer. Smaller orders we will accept Paypall.

Shipping
- We ship worldwide!
- We ship to the confirmed address provided by an email.
- Please make sure your address in the email matches the address you would like us to ship to.

- We will provide you with a track-and-trace number. We will do our best to provide you with the most reliable, and affordable way of shipping service.
- The expected shipping time outside Europe around 15 days. Sometimes international delivery is highly dependent on the Courier Company and local customs/duties.
 
Return Policy for reseller
- The customized items are made for order. Therefore, we do not offer a return policy.  However, we would like to offer samples to make sure our reseller is satisfied with the products.

Note: Reseller pay the shipping fee for sample.
- We perform quality checks for each item before shipping. In case the items might be damaged, the reseller must contact us within seven days after receiving the items.
- Items should be returned with original packages.
- Reseller is responsible for the return shipping fee and we will pay for reship.
- Reship will be made upon receipt of the returned items.

Warranty
ByNordvik will repair or replace the item or any defect parts in the item within 1 year.

Our warranty does not cover cosmetic or structural damage due to misuse, improper installation or maintenance, abuse, accident , negligence, modification, attempted repairs by a third party not authorized by ByNordvik or acts of God, of the item or any part of it. Any of the aforementioned will automatically and totally void the offered product warranty.
